## Known pitfalls, handle each one explicitly in your implementation
1. Email clients often strip or block JavaScript buttons so use simple HTML links with unique tokens instead of interactive widgets. 
2. PII data like phone numbers may be exposed if the summary is too detailed so redact sensitive contact info before sending. 
3. The webhook endpoint must validate the signature from the email provider to prevent unauthorized status changes via spoofed requests.
