## Specification
- What it does: You get instant answers to web hosting questions like pricing and FAQs from Matt, who processes your requests using a knowledge base in Google Sheets. You can also check domain availability directly through the agent while it remembers past conversations for smoother support.
- Trigger: Triggered by an event (Event · on new customer query via webhook)
- Autonomy: You stay in control

- Tools/services involved:
  - n8n: Workflow orchestration platform
  - Google Gemini Chat Model: Natural language processing and response generation
  - Google Sheets: Knowledge base storage and chat history logging
  - WHMCS API: Checking domain name availability

## Known pitfalls, handle each one explicitly in your implementation
1. Google Sheets can become slow with large datasets so limit your lookup queries to exact matches or small subsets of data.
2. Conversation history might drift if not properly managed so use Simple Memory with a clear context window reset strategy.
3. Webhook payloads may contain special characters that break JSON parsing so sanitize input before passing it to the AI model.
